When Is The Best Time To Buy A Service Contract For My Ford?
We recommend you buy an extended service contract while your Ford still has a month or two remaining on the manufacturers warranty. This allows you to take advantage of the longest terms available because your Ford is newer! Since there is a 30 Day / 1,000 mile waiting period before our coverage begins, you won't have any lapse in coverage! Even if your vehicle is no longer protected under the manufacturer warranty, don't worry...we still offer a service contract for your Ford! Extended service contract pricing is closely connected to a vehicles age and mileage, so the best time to buy a service contract for your Ford is now! This allows you to secure the best protection at the longest term for the lowest rate. It only takes one expensive repair for your service contract to pay for itself. Plus you get to take advantage of all the benefits, such as: free roadside assistance, towing, trip interuption and rental car benefits.

Why Do I Need An Extended Service Contract For My Ford?
If your thinking about purchasing a service contract for your Ford, don't wait for a breakdown to happen, because it will be too late! Purchasing an extended service contract will protect you from high auto repair costs in the future. If possible, we recommend you purchase coverage for your Ford before your manufacturer warranty expires for lower rates and longer term plans.

If I Purchase a Plan When Does My Extended Coverage Begin?
When purchasing an extended service contract from us, your coverage begins after 30 days/1000 miles of purchase date. For the new coverage program, your extended service contract will expire at the end of the term or when the odometer reaches the total mileage selected. For example, a 5 year/100,000 mile plan would expire 5 years from the date you purchased the contract or when the odometer reaches 100,000 miles. For the used car program, the mileage of the plan selected is in addition to the current odometer mileage. For example, a 3 year/36,000 mile plan would expire 3 years from the date the service contract was purchased or when the vehicle odometer reaches an additional 36,000 miles. No vehicle inspection are required, only a mandatory waiting period.

Does A Service Contract Cover Maintainence On My Ford?
No! You're expected to care for your vehicle and provide regularly scheduled maintenance on it, such as, but not limited to: oil changes, engine tuneups, brakepads, batteries and such. If you haven't been caring for your Ford as outlined in the owner's manual your vehicle may end up with a lot of problems that may not be covered. Be sure not only to do the routine upkeep on your Ford, but also to keep accurate maintenance records and receipts.

Where Can I Take My Ford For Repairs With Your Coverage Plan?
You can have your vehicle repaired by any licensed repair facility in your area. You may take it in for repairs at your original Ford dealer, your favorite repair shop that works on Ford's, or any national chain that performs vehicle repairs such as Firestone or Goodyear as long as the repair shop is A.S.E Certified. All covered repairs are paid direct to the service center with a corporate credit card so you don't have to file a claim and wait for reimbursement.
